The software is a prototypical result – a Java-application built upon a high-performance, combinatorial C++ backend (CGEL)
– of my research on interactive, semi-supervised interpretation of surface meshes based on geometrically-intrinsic properties.
The software is was verified and benchmarked on the Princeton Mesh Segmentation dataset. Furthermore, it’s tested on real-world, SfM-reconstructed textured surface mesh of the Apollon-statue of the residence Palace of Schwerin. The results are (soon) in review for publication. Data will also be made available for comparison soon.
